students and their families should understand the costs associated with studying abroad
before making decisions about their education.
- Free Advice, Guidance and Application Counselling IESC Ltd provides the following services free of charge:
- Educational advice and guidance on study opportunities abroad.
- Counselling on course selection and university or college options.
- Guidance on admission requirements and application procedures.
- General assistance with completing and submitting university or college applications.
- Guidance on preparing and organising the documents required for admission.
- General information about student visa and study permit application procedures.
- Guidance on communicating with partner institutions and understanding admission
requirements.
Students are not charged by IESC Ltd for these standard advice, guidance and application
counselling services. Where a university or other third party charges a separate fee, which fee
remains payable to the relevant organisation.
- Tuition Fees and Payments to Educational Institutions
Tuition fees are determined by the university or college concerned and may vary according to
the institution, course, country and duration of study.
Students are advised to:
- Confirm the tuition fees directly with the educational institution or through its official fee
schedule. - Understand the payment deadlines, instalment arrangements and refund conditions before
making payment. - Pay tuition fees directly to the university or college using its officially designated payment
channels, wherever possible. - Retain official receipts and proof of payment.
IESC Ltd will explain the relevant tuition fee information available to us and help students
understand the payment process. We do not add undisclosed charges to institutional tuition
fees.
- Visa Fees and Government Charges
Visa application fees, study permit fees, immigration charges, biometric fees and other
official government charges are determined by the relevant authorities and may change
without notice.
These fees are separate from IESC Ltd’s free counselling and application support services.
Students are encouraged to check the latest charges through the official immigration or
government website of the destination country and to pay through authorised channels.
Where assistance is provided with understanding or preparing visa application documents,
this does not constitute a guarantee of visa approval. The final decision rests solely with the
relevant immigration authority. - Optional Paid Services and Third-Party Costs
Any optional service that attracts a fee must be clearly explained to the student before the
service is provided.
Where applicable, students will be informed in advance of:
- The nature and purpose of the service.
- The exact fee or a clear explanation of how the fee is calculated.
- Any applicable taxes or additional charges.
- The payment arrangements and refund or cancellation terms.
